However, we believe that until a buyer sees a work of art – and hangs it in their home – they’ll never be 100% sure that they’ve made the right purchase. So, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day, no-quibble, money-back guarantee.

Just contact us at returns@artunderamonkey.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and let us know that you are less than satisfied – whether because the item is damaged, it doesn’t work with your décor, or you decide you just don’t like it.

We will ask you to return the artwork, well packaged, and in the condition in which it was received. We’ll refund your purchase price. Please note this does not include the cost of our original dispatch to you or the shipping costs involved in you returning the artwork to us.
